PBL Update:
The Respect & Collect Shop is running strong with orders starting to come through.
There is no physical location for the shop, but more like Amazon or eBay, where students have an order form with how many PayWay tokens each item will costs. Unfortunately like eBay and Amazon, we are having trouble replacing the watches that have already been ordered and do not have a timeframe on when these will arrive, so we will keep students updated on this. Students can tick what they would like and it will be delivered to them. Please keep in mind that some of the items are not for the school grounds and will be given to the student at the end of the day to take home. Also please be aware that some items may sell quickly and we may not be able to replace them the same as before. Encourage your children to keep banking their PayWay with their name and class on the deposit slip.
At present our focus expectation is I Respect Safety - follow rules, follow directions. It is truly beautiful to stand at the front of assembly and hear the students not only recite this, but also sign it. Well done to each student for their effort.
Pause:
We are travelling through the Mindful Journey at present. Yes, we have done this before, but with a different teacher, each lesson is presented differently from the year before. This week is Mindful Seeing, and next we will move into Mindful Eating.
Other Information:
If you have any of last year's uniforms, shoes and bucket hats clogging up space at home, please send them in. They will be very much cherished and loved.
